FOUNDER
Darwin (Yoel) Burks is a South Metro Atlanta resident, former US Army reservist (1990-1996), and experienced business owner with over 30 years in technology. He is married to Shontel and has two adult children.
Yoel, IBM Master Technology Instructor, has been serving Atlanta's homeless since 2016, and in 2022, he expanded his outreach to low-income communities with YOEL HELPS. This initiative offers youth day camps, development courses, concerts, health fairs, and more, fostering community relationships and providing opportunities for ministry, job training, and engagement.
YOEL HELPS aims to create a positive impact by partnering with others to serve those in need through skills training and mentorship.
